Held by the Smoky Mountains in the loving container of sisterhood, you'll be invited and guided to explore the concepts, "Who am I" and "what more authentic version of myself and my life is calling me forward?"
Retreat from the busyness of life and gather for a 5 day, 4 night soul-led experience as we explore, heal, laugh, dance, play, rest and create.
Using somatic experiencing, we will connect deeply to parts of ourself we may have hidden, locked away, or suppressed. You will have the opportunity to invite in any experience that brought you joy, pain, or deep sadness in order to process it and let it go.
Through this awareness, we develop deeper love and peace for ourselves, others, and the world and connect intimately with the Divine Feminine aspects of ourselves.
