Hi, I’m Jamie! An integrative wellness coach specializing in recovery support, emotional well-being, and mind–body alignment.
I help high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or “stuck in their heads” reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build a more grounded, authentic relationship with themselves. My approach blends somatic coaching, mindful movement, emotional resilience work, and intuitive tools like Reiki and astrology to support the whole person — mind, body, and energy.
My work is rooted in lived experience. I’ve been sober since April 18, 2018, and that journey reshaped my understanding of healing, self-trust, and what it means to come home to yourself. Because of this, I hold space with compassion, curiosity, and the deep belief that transformation is possible — not through force or perfectionism, but through regulation, presence, and alignment.
With 17+ years of coaching experience, I’ve supported individuals, corporate clients, and global coaching communities through stress, burnout, recovery, and major life transitions. Whether someone arrives feeling anxious, overstimulated, or simply disconnected from their own inner voice, I help them slow down, listen inward, and create sustainable well-being practices that support their personal and professional lives.
My goal is simple: to help you feel clear, connected, and at home in your body again — no matter where you’re starting.

Healing doesn’t happen through force or perfectionism.
It happens through awareness, regulation, and alignment.
I believe:
This is the foundation of the work we do together..

I'm proud to have contributed to the book My Last Hangover, where I share my personal journey of recovery alongside 10 other authors.
The book highlights that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to recovery, while also working to de-stigmatize the shame and guilt often associated with it.

In this heartfelt conversation with TaskHuman, I share my recovery journey - the path that led me home to myself.
It’s a story of surrender, healing, and remembering that peace was never something to find, only something to return to.
