The Recover Inner Truth Sharing Circle is a gentle, heart-led space for women in recovery - from addiction, burnout, self-abandonment, or simply the weight of holding it all.
It’s a circle for those who are ready to reconnect with their authentic self through reflection, creativity, and spiritual presence.
Together, we explore what it means to live in alignment with our truth — not through perfection, but through honesty, compassion, and self-acceptance.
🌿 What to Expect
Each week, you’ll receive an email reminder with the link and theme for our upcoming circle.
We gather virtually and begin by reading our circle
invocation — grounding ourselves through a gentle practice such as a short meditation, an inspired reading, or a few moments of silence.
From there, a creative prompt is offered to awaken reflection and expression. You can paint, journal, collage, move, or write poetry — whatever helps you express what wants to come through.
You’re welcome to share what arises in the circle or to simply hold quiet space and listen. There’s no expectation to perform or explain — this is a space of allowing.
We close by gathering once more, with the opportunity to share (or not) what you created or discovered during our time together.
There’s no right way to be here. Just bring yourself, your presence, and your truth.
