Reiki is a complimentary therapy and technique used to help reduce stress and aid in your mental, emotional, and physical health. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive, yet powerful form of holistic health. It is compassionate, abundant, safe.
While stress is not innately bad for us, most of us live in chronic states of stress which puts our bodies in a sympathetic dominant state also known as flight or flight. The technique of Reiki helps to relax you and calm your nervous system, allowing your body to shift into a parasympathetic state or rest state. When we are stressed less, we have the ability to access optimal healing for our bodies.

Reiki Sessions are done virtually or in person at the Karuna Center in Berry Hill.
Every session begins with a check in and discussion around what your intention is for your session. I am here to guide you through this process.
