WHAT IS INTEGRATED COACHING?
Integrative Coaching is a mind–body approach that supports emotional well-being, recovery, and sustainable personal growth. It blends somatic practices, nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and intuitive insight to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
These sessions are designed for high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, “in their heads,” or disconnected from their bodies — and are ready to create meaningful, grounded change.
This work meets you exactly where you are and supports the whole person: mentally, physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Every session is personalized, but common focus areas include:
• Nervous System Regulation
Learn how to shift from stress and overwhelm into grounded calm.
• Emotional Resilience
Build tools to navigate triggers, transitions, and relationship dynamics.
• Recovery Support
Support your sobriety or healing journey with mind–body practices (non-clinical and complementary to therapy).
• Somatic + Mindful Movement
Reconnect to your body’s wisdom through gentle movement and embodied awareness.
• Clarity + Alignment
Identify patterns, values, and direction so you can make decisions from a grounded place.
• Intuitive Insight
Intuitive tools may be woven into coaching sessions when helpful, but they are not the primary modality. If you prefer a session focused solely on Reiki, Astrology, or the Akashic Records, you can book an individual Intuitive Insight Session.
This coaching is a strong fit if you are:
You do not need to be in crisis — many clients come because they want to feel better, think more clearly, and reconnect with themselves.
