I take a functional approach to my fitness coaching and work with people of all fitness levels who are wanting to incorporate more movement into their life.
No machines or treadmills, you'll be using one of my favorite tools-the kettlebell along with you own bodyweight, bands, ropes, medicine balls, TRX, plus a few more functional tools that simulate real life activities (carrying groceries, pulling your luggage, getting up and down). It's fun and most importantly...SAFE!
Whether you're wanting to learn kettlebell technique, lose weight, or recovering from an injury; you will benefit from my training and achieve results.
No matter which way you choose to train with me (in person, in home, or online), you'll have access to nutritional and lifestyle support as well as monthly weight ins and measurements.
Can't make it to the gym? That's ok, I can come to you.
You'll get the same benefit of a gym with the convenience of being at home.
I take my equipment to you, so you won't need to buy anything to begin your journey.
Don't need the accountability of a trainer?
Each month, you'll receive an online workout based off your goals and monthly assessment.
You'll be able to track each workout and receive feedback and support as needed.
